There are toilets on site
First aid kits are located behind the main reception desk and at the bar area. Suitably trained staff are usually on-site to assist, but school groups are advised to bring their own qualified first aider and a mobile medical kit for their pupils.
Most visitors can bowl in their own flat-soled, enclosed shoes (like trainers), provided they are clean. Flip-flops, sandals, or heels are not permitted on the lanes. Bowling balls of different weights are available to suit all physical abilities.
In the event of an alarm, youngsters must stop bowling immediately. Staff will guide the group through the clearly marked emergency exits. The primary assembly point is situated in the main car park, well clear of the building's entrance.
Hand-washing facilities are available in the toilets, and hand sanitising stations are positioned throughout the arcade and bowling areas. Ball touchpoints and lane seating are regularly cleaned to maintain high standards of hygiene for all.
