In the event of an alarm, instructors will immediately lower any climbing youngsters to the ground. Teachers must then lead their groups out through the nearest fire exit onto the pier decking as directed by the site safety wardens.
A dedicated first aid room is located inside the main building near the reception area. Trained first aiders are always on duty, though teachers should maintain their own group records and basic first aid kits.
